Technology Operations & Concepts

I have been using computers for over seven years, primarily using PC computers. I do have some experience using the Macintosh, which I used to create a digital video for a one of my methods classes in which I edited together examples of my teaching while student teaching. While I primarily used computers for basic tasks like word processing, email, and web browsing I am able to do basic graphic manipulation. During my teacher education program I have evaluated educational CDs, web sites, and other educational media for class projects and for student teaching. I understand the basic operations of adaptive software like Jaws to help visually impaired students.
